5 cups finely minced cooked chicken finely minced
10 ounces cream cheese softened
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
5 teaspoons curry powder
6 tablespoons green onion chopped
6 tablespoons celery chopped
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cup chopped toasted almonds
Preparation
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, marmalade, curry powder, salt and pepper
Beat until smooth
Add the onions and celery and beat again
Stir in the chicken
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the almonds
Place on a tray and cover
Let it chill until really firm
Then cook until the chicken is well cooked (no more pink)
